Quotes & invoices
With “Project times…” you add tracked hours to an invoice, one line item per task. If you delete the draft, the hours become available again.
Learn moreProject management is the module in Saldora that bundles tasks, time and participants per client. You plan on the Kanban board, in a list, calendar or timeline, track time with the timer right on the task and turn hours worked into an invoice with one click. You involve clients selectively – including through website feedback on their own sites.

Four stations: plan tasks, track time, bill – and involve your clients.
A project belongs to a client, with hourly rate, budget and team members. Every new project starts with the columns “To Do”, “In Progress”, “Review” and “Done”; you create tasks in a column and move them on. Every task carries assignees, due date, checklist, attachments and comments.
You track time on the task, by hand or with the timer; several timers may run at the same time. Saldora rounds every entry up to the next 15 minutes. The timesheet summarises the time per employee and project.
When billable hours are open, the “Bill” button appears in the project. Each task becomes an invoice line item with hours and hourly rate; billed time entries are locked afterwards. The “Budget & profitability” card shows how much of the budget has been used.
You invite clients and partners into a single project, with permissions by profile. With website feedback, visitors mark a spot on your client’s website; Saldora turns it into a task at the very top of the inbox column – with screenshot, page and browser.
Four things for an overview of all projects.
Board, List, Table, Calendar, Timeline, Dashboard and Info. For the whole company there are also “Overview”, “Workload” and “Timesheet”.
Under “My work” every person sees the tasks assigned to them, grouped into “Overdue”, “Today”, “This week”, “Later” and “No date”.
The “Client” profile watches and comments, the “External collaborator” works along. Budget, assignees and time stay hidden from clients; you adjust every permission individually.
You save an existing project as a template. For the next project, the template carries over columns, tags and open tasks.
