Quotes & invoices
You finish the quote from the lead in the quote editor, and your customers accept it online. You then convert it into an order or directly into an invoice.
Learn moreThe CRM is the module in Saldora that connects leads, customers and contacts with sales. On the pipeline board you move leads from stage to stage, log calls and meetings and organise everything with tags. One click turns a lead into a quote, and the customer history shows revenue and payment behaviour at a glance.
Pipeline board with stages and tags · Lead → quote in one click · Payment behaviour per customer · Data in Switzerland
Three stations: manage leads, create the quote and keep track of the customer you have won.
Every lead sits as a card in its stage. You move it on as soon as something happens, log calls and meetings as activities and organise leads with tags.
One click creates the quote from the lead. Your customers open it via a link without logging in, ask questions via “Leave a message” and accept it bindingly; the quote then shows “Accepted” on your side.
You convert the accepted quote into an order or directly into an invoice. On the customer page, the history collects documents, payments and reminders, and you add your own entries such as a phone call or meeting. The header cards show open items, Ø payment time and payment behaviour.
Four things that keep your customer records clean.
From three characters on, Saldora compares the name with your customer records and also recognises typos, a legal form placed in front or an existing name contained in the new one.
Billing, delivery and registered address with their own fields; for Swiss postcodes Saldora suggests canton and town. The contacts’ email addresses are available as recipients in quotes and invoices.
The header cards of every customer show “Open items”, “Of which overdue”, “Ø payment time” and the payment behaviour “Good”, “Fair” or “Critical”.
A stored standard discount is deducted automatically on every new quote, order and invoice. You import existing customers via file; Saldora reports faulty rows with their row number.

Yes. As soon as you have typed three characters of the name, Saldora compares it with your customer records – even with typos such as “Mustr AG” instead of “Muster AG” – and links the matches.
Yes, in the customer list with import and export of master data; the export file doubles as a template. Empty cells leave existing values unchanged. If the file contains faulty rows, Saldora reports them with their row number and saves nothing.
Only the name is required. Then there are type (company, person or public body), UID number, email, phone, payment terms, language, currency and VAT treatment. The UID number is recommended for QR-bills to companies.
Yes. In the “Discount (%)” field you store a standard discount that is deducted automatically on every new quote, order and invoice. You decide yourself what it is called on the document, for instance “Partner discount”.
