Website feedback for agencies.
From a pin on the client site to a task in your project.

Website feedback is the input your clients give right on their own website: mark the spot, write two sentences, send. Saldora turns it into a task on your project board – with screenshot, page, browser and device. No separate tool, no second login.

One snippet No client account Included in every plan Data in Switzerland

Click anywhere on the page to drop a pin yourself.

How does feedback get from the client website into your project?

Four stations, nothing retyped. Scroll along – the window plays each station.

  1. 1

    Add the snippet

One line in the <head> of the client website – WordPress, Webflow, Statamic or hand-built, it makes no difference. The “Feedback” tab appears on the right edge, for every visitor of the site.

  2. 2

    The client marks the spot

One click on the tab, a pin or frame on the page, two sentences. Saldora takes the screenshot in the background – nothing to install, no account.

  3. 3

The task lands on the board

Every piece of feedback becomes a task in the column of your choice: title, text, screenshot with marker, page, browser, device and screen size. Your team sees at once what is meant.

  4. 4

    Done – visible to everyone

Close the task like any other. On the website the pin switches to “done” and the “All feedback” list shows the status – your clients never have to ask.

What arrives on your side?

No email saying “see attachment”. A task that brings everything your team needs to get it done.

  1. Screenshot with marker

Pin, frame, arrow or pen exactly where the client clicked – attachments included.

  2. Page, browser, device

Page address, browser, operating system and screen size are on the task. “It looks different on my end” is settled.

  3. The client’s own words

Title and text stay exactly as written – even if your team renames the task later.

  4. Your column, your workflow

Feedback lands in the column you mark as the inbox. From there: assign, prioritise, track time, invoice.

What sets Saldora apart from a separate feedback tool?

Feedback tools solve the collecting. Saldora solves what comes next: task, time, invoice – in the same system as the project.

What sets Saldora apart from a separate feedback tool?
Criterion Separate feedback tool Website feedback in Saldora
Cost Its own subscription, often tiered by projects or websites Included in every Saldora plan
Client account Invitation or login, depending on the tool No account, no login – the tab sits on the website
Path into the project Export, integration or retyping into the project tool Lands directly as a task in the chosen column
Context Screenshot and comment Screenshot with marker, page, browser, device and screen size
Invoicing Track and allocate hours separately Time right on the task, one click to the invoice
Status for the client Its own notifications Pins and the “All feedback” list right on the website
Data location Depends on the vendor Hosted and operated in Switzerland

“Separate feedback tool” stands for the usual workflow with a standalone tool, not for a specific product.

Who is website feedback for?

Web agencies

Sign-off before go-live: the client clicks through the staging site and marks what is still missing. Every remark is a task with a screenshot – no email threads, no Excel lists.

Marketing agencies

Landing pages and campaign pages in daily operation: copy fixes, image requests and tracking questions land where the team works – in the client’s project.

Small agencies and studios

One system for quote, project, feedback and invoice. The hours for every fix are tracked before you write the invoice.

What does website feedback cost?

Nothing extra.

Website feedback is part of the project module and included in every Saldora plan – no add-on module, no surcharge per website.

  • One website per project – one project for every client website
  • All project members see the feedback on the board

Frequently asked questions about website feedback

In the project under “Info”, enter the website address, switch the widget on and copy the snippet – a single <script> line. Paste it into the <head> of the website, or before </body>. This works with any system that accepts custom HTML: WordPress, Webflow, Statamic, Craft, Shopify or hand-built sites.

No. Visitors click the “Feedback” tab, mark a spot and describe their request. They enter name and email once so you can follow up – there is no login.

All visitors of the website see the tab, the pins and the “All feedback” list with open and resolved entries. That way the client always knows what has been reported and what is done. For go-live you switch the widget off in the project with one click.

Title and text of the visitor, the screenshot with all markers, any attachments, the page address, browser, operating system, device and screen size. The task appears at the top of the column you marked as the feedback inbox.

Yes. Every project has its own website address and its own key. Create a project for each client website – or use the client’s existing project.

In Switzerland, like all Saldora data. The snippet only sends to Saldora when it was loaded from the registered website – other sites cannot use the key.

No. The snippet loads asynchronously and does not block page rendering. The screenshot is only taken when someone submits feedback.

Nothing extra. It is part of the project module and included in every Saldora plan. You try Saldora free for 30 days with the full scope.
