CRM & sales pipeline
One click turns the lead into a quote. The customer history collects documents, payments and reminders and shows payment behaviour.
Learn moreQuotes & invoices is the module in Saldora for writing quotes, having them accepted online and billing them as Swiss QR-bills. You briefly describe what it is about, and the AI drafts a quote with line items and text. Your customers accept the quote via a link, and the invoice goes out by email with a QR payment part.

Four stations: draft, add line items, get it accepted and bill it – until the payment arrives.
Describe what it is about – the AI drafts a quote or invoice with line items and text. You adjust customer, terms and introduction in the editor; Saldora assigns the number itself.
An item from the catalogue brings name, description, unit, price, VAT code and revenue account with it. You calculate net or gross, a customer discount is deducted automatically, and you add tracked project time as line items.
Your customers open the quote via a link without logging in and accept it bindingly. One click turns it into an order or directly into the invoice. “Send” posts the invoice and emails it as a PDF with a QR payment part; Saldora reports any defect in the QR payment part before sending.
You link the payment in bank reconciliation or record it by hand; the invoice then shows “Partially paid” or “Paid”. Saldora chases overdue invoices in three stages, from the payment reminder to the 2nd reminder – by hand or in the nightly dunning run.
Four things that go beyond the single invoice.
For maintenance, hosting or rent you create a template, weekly to yearly, with placeholders for the period. The nightly run creates due invoices as drafts or sends them right away.
Bill an order in stages, for instance 50 / 50 or with your own percentages. The final invoice deducts the down-payment invoices; Saldora posts down payments to account 2030 “Down payments received”.
The delivery note takes the open quantities from the order, partial deliveries included. With the “Inventory” module it books the goods out, and the delivered delivery note becomes the invoice.
A credit note corrects an issued invoice without deleting it, even a partially paid one. A reversal offsets the sales entry with a reversing entry and requires a reason.

No. The link to the online view is enough. There they download the PDF, ask questions via “Leave a message” and accept the quote bindingly with their name and a typed signature.
From the bank details in your company settings. As reference you choose QR reference (with QR-IBAN), ISO 11649 reference or none. When sending, Saldora checks the QR payment part and names any defect with the reason.
Both. With “Net (excl. VAT)” Saldora adds the VAT, with “Gross (incl. VAT)” it extracts it per tax rate. The totals in the editor match the invoice to the centime.
You create a template with customer, line items and interval. On the set day, the nightly run creates the invoice – as a draft for approval or sent automatically by email or post. Placeholders insert the period into the title and line items.
In three stages: payment reminder, 1st reminder with reminder fee, 2nd reminder. You set days after the due date, fees and texts in German, French, Italian and English in the dunning profile. A nightly dunning run checks the overdue invoices; whether it sends reminders itself is up to you, in the profile and per invoice.
As long as it has not been reminded, paid or credited, you reset it with “Reset to draft”; it keeps its number. Otherwise you correct it with a reversal or credit note, and paid invoices with a credit note. Only drafts can be deleted.
Yes, with the partial invoicing plan in the order: 50 / 50, percentage plan, flat rate or stages. The final invoice contains all line items of the order and deducts the down-payment invoices.
